High quality neoprene cushioned knee strap, with ultra comfortable silicone sleeves under the durable C-ring. Adjustable tension cords only takes seconds to adjust to your desired tension when walking, sitting, and standing.


Unlike bulky vacuum cups and overly rigid penis traction devices (the kind with metal rods), the STILL-ON Systems Penis Stretcher is far more discreet and comfortable to wear under loose clothing. You can use the included self-adhesive wrap or an easily available silicone sleeve beneath the main silicone for added comfort and skin protection.



Dedicated users often rely on weight hangers to enhance their results in addition to penis stretchers. For optimal progress, combining both methods works best—using the penis stretcher for a few hours each day and adding 15–20 minutes of weight training before or after your stretcher session. Gently swaying the weights side to side and forward and backward provides an excellent workout for the penis and ligaments. Keep sessions to 20 minutes max, with short breaks.

Downward-facing tension cords keep the C-ring from flexing open. Adding a sleeve (blue) can help with extra grip significantly.

Our current instructions suggest to wear the knee strap under the knee for all around stretching.
If the length of the knee strap allows, wearing it above the knee cap is also an option for more discrete stretching, especially for sitting or driving. Cutting the cords and curing them will be necessary.

🔧 Tips for Using the Knee Strap

The website mainly shows the knee strap worn below the knee, but many users report better results wearing it above the knee.

If wearing it above the knee:

Cut the cords a few inches shorter before stretching.

Use a lighter to seal the ends of the cords to prevent fraying—this also makes it easier to slide them into the cord locks.

Important Once cords are cut, they can’t be used for below-the-knee stretching.

We recommend buying a second cord set if you want to switch between above-the-knee and below-the-knee stretching.

Alternate knees daily to stretch inner ligaments at different angles—this can help lengthen the inner penis more effectively.
