I use these some time they help a little. Right now I’m using the blue band. Think I’m going up to the next size.

Hi Scott, thank you for sharing! This is great to hear how you have developed a successful penis stretching routine with STILL-ON Systems products. With the way you are going getting to 8" is definitely possible. Have you even incorporated weights to your routine? It's not discrete but could help speed up your goal.

Hello. I'm Scott. I ordered this about a year ago and started off with minimal stretching. Was only doing about 30-40 minutes in the morning but started noticing a different. Fast forward to 6 months later. I started using the stretcher a bit more. I finally started wearing it after work for roughly 3 hours a day. Boy!!! That's when I started noticing gains. I'm doing 1 hour before work and after work I try to get at least 3 hours in.
Starting: flaccid
Length 3 inches
Girt not sure but guess about 4 inches
Starting erect:
Length 5 3/4 inches
Girth not sure but guessing about 5 inches.
Current flaccid Length 5 .5 inches
Girth just a little short of 6 inches.
Length 7 1/4 inches
Goal is whatever for flaccid length and girth.
Goal for Length is 8 inches. I don't know if I'll shoot for more after reaching this goal because I have to consider my wife. However, most of the time, I'm not using every inch during passion. Just because I have it doesn't mean I have to use it all. Having the option works for us.

Hello all, I'm Mark, I'm new to stretching and just started using the still on ads. I'm about 80 hrs into it, and my goal is to continue for the next four months or so, take a break for the summer, then stretch again all winter. Who knows after that.
I work from home now so I'm able to stretch on average 8-10 hrs a day every day, so hopefully I'll see some results by June. I was also recommended to try an anti turtling sleeve at night, so I ordered Silasleeve2 from Matter of Size. I'm hopeful that the combo will actually yield some permanent length gains.
Starting measurements:
Flaccid length: 3-1/2" on average
Flaccid girth: 5-1/4" on average
Erect length: 6-3/4"on average
Erect girth: 6-1/8" on average
Goals:
Flaccid : >4-1/2" long on average
Erect: >8" long on average
I'm not so concerned with girth as my wife says that I'm big enough for her, and for girth that's all that really matters. But I just ordered a sewing tape so I can track any gains there as well. Being thicker is just a bonus to me.
I'll update in a month or so if I have measurable changes. Hopefully my goals aren't unrealistic, and we'll see if strapping up every day pays off.
Anyone out there that's thinking about doing this or is just starting out, maybe following my progress will help in some way.
If others are months into it, can you provide some hopeful insight? It's still crazy to think this thing might work.

You and Scott seem to have the same positive attitude and diligent penis stretching schedule to achieve your goals. Over time your flaccid length will continue to catch up to your erect length, while your erect length should get longer at a slower pace. What kind of breaks do you take? Stretching 8-10 hours daily is some feat! Thanks!

This is my daily routine:
Wake up at 5am
Still-on from 6am - 11.30am
Take a break for lunch
Still-on from 12pm - 4pm
Take a break / work out
Still-on from 7pm - 9pm
Sleep with sleeve
If I go out and run errands, I take the still-on off and put on the sleeve so I can still get some stretched time in but much more discretely.
I switch legs every time I use the restroom and take a min or two break before strapping back down.
Also, I've found it more comfortable to use one or two wraps with the very thin cotton "finger and toe" bandage wrap and then the supplied wrap. I tend to enlarge a bit when first putting it on since the tension feels really good, and when it goes back to normal, I tension a bit more, but the grip tape is a bit uncomfortable by the time I take it off for a break. The cotton layer lets me put more tension for longer. I'm basically tensioned as far as I'll stretch without the silicone coming off, and the silicone is pretty tight (blue.)
When I remember while stretching, I do some 30 second and 1 min keegle holds.
So far this has been a sustainable schedule, 7 days a week. I'm hoping that will continue to be sustainable, as I want to give myself the best chance for good results.
