C-Ring Stacking:
When using heavier weight, we recommend double- or triple-stacking the C-rings for additional grip. This is why we include two C-rings with every order.
If you would like two different C-ring sizes instead of two of the same size, please message us as soon as possible before or after placing your order, and we will ship the sizes you request.
To stack the C-rings: Put on the assembled C-ring first, approximately 1.5" behind the glans, then place 1–2 additional unassembled C-rings in front of it.
Over time, as your body becomes accustomed to stretching or hanging, your current weight may begin to feel lighter. This can be an indication that you are ready to gradually increase the weight.
Each 2-ball set weighs approximately 1.125 lbs. Each weight ball weighs 9 oz. and is threaded, making it easy to add additional weight at any time.
