Size 1 fits men who use our Size 1 and 2 silicone c-rings. Sizing 2" L /.80" W
Size 2 fits men who use our Size 3 and 4 silicone c-rings. Sizing 2.25" L / 1" W
Size 3 fits men who use our Size 4-5 silicone c-rings. 4.2" L/1" W - Thicker & Squishier with a wider base.
 
For men who wear C-rings in sizes 2 and 3, it might be a good investment to purchase both Size 1 and 2 sleeves and see what fits best.
