Quick Start Video Instructions
(New update at 3:11)
This video guides you to assemble your first STILL-ON Systems package. Make sure to try on a snug, yet comfortable silicone that you will assemble. Place it 1" behind the glans, as in front of the silicone will be the included (optional to use) wrap for added grip. Make sure your shaft skin is smooth and not bunched up.
Changing Silicones Instructions
Changing silicones is easy!
STILL-ON Systems offers multiple sizing options for the perfect fit.
EASY. DISCRETE. EFFECTIVE.
PARTS
Knee Strap |
The knee strap is neoprene cushioned, hypoallergenic and latex free. It should be worn above or below the knee with the D-ring pointing up on the inside of either leg. Below allows more tension. Above is more comfortable and you don't need to adjust the tension as much when sitting/standing. Switch legs daily for a good stretch at different angles.
Power Cords & Cord Locks |
The cords are latex-free. The cord locks will allow you to select a desired tension.
ACCESSORY
Self-Adhesive Wrap |
It helps to increase comfort and grip. Lightly wrap a few times to several times behind and around the glans before placing the silicone behind it on the penile shaft.
PRO TIPS
Silicone Care
Wash silicones after every use with warm soapy water.
Warming Up Before Stretching
The penis should have a good amount of blood flowing prior to penis stretching. It could be achieved by taking a hot shower/bath, massaging with warm hands, and/or wrapping a warm cloth around the shaft. Tip: If the penis is retracted before use, you can gently stimulate your flaccid penis to get longer by taking your index and middle finger and pushing it into the sides of the base of the shaft into the pubic region, and then gently shake the penis to stimulate it. Tip: If your flaccid penis is still retracted, achieve an erection (no lube) and put the wrap behind the glans several times, and put on the entire system when erect, and then once the erection goes down you can start stretching.
Putting on/Taking Off The Silicone & Prevent Pinching of the Skin
Putting On: Wrap the "optional" self-adhesive wrap behind and/or around the glans to make a "mushroom-shaped ridge." Then use your thumb and index fingers with both of your hands to carefully pull open the CENTER HOLE of the silicone, and place it behind the wrap, or 1" behind the glans with no wrap. Never open the silicone by the side holes. The sides are for the cords only.
Tip for Pinching: Once the silicone is on the shaft, make sure the skin is smooth where the silicone is and not bunched up. If it is bunched up a bit you might feel pinching of the skin when stretching. Carefully open the silicone with one hand and the other hand smoothen the shaft skin.
Removing: Remove the optional wrap, and then use soap on the shaft to slide off the silicone.
INITIAL Length of time to wear
Benninger | 10-20 minutes each stretching session to start the first two weeks 3 times 5-7 days a week. Take 5-10 minute breaks if you will continue stretching after a session or space them out. Gradually go up in the coming weeks as your penis will get used to the tension and stretching in general.
Expert | Can wear daily for several hours at a time. We recommend 5-10 minute breaks and continue stretching. If you want to take 1-2 days off a week (not together) you can do this and not affect gains.
Circulation & Discoloration
The silicone should fit snugly and not cause any pain to your shaft skin or head/glans. Slight skin discoloration is normal and usually goes away within minutes. Remove immediately if signs of overuse appear. i.e., Skin turning dark purple/black, head feeling cold or tingling sensations.
Recommendation: Consider a larger-sized silicone with additional wrap behind and around the glans to create a good-sized ridge. This way the larger silicone will be comfortable with no slippage.
Do not wear while sleeping
The penis can not be monitored when you are sleeping and you might roll around.
Under normal use, the cord ends may need to be cut 1/4" and cured by a lighter to make it easier to pass through the cord locks.
Prevent Slippage for Maximum Grip
The included self-adhesive wrap is optional, as many users prefer not to use wrap for specific reasons. Some find it more comfortable not wearing the wrap. Others find it the complete opposite and like the wrap. However, a recommended technique for slippage and maximizing tension is to create a ridge with the included wrap and follow the photo above for the tension cord placement with the silicone.
1. Gently wrap the self-adhesive wrap (a few times to several times around) behind and around the glans to create a ridge.
2. Open the middle silicone hole with both hands and place the silicone right behind the wrap on the shaft skin or on the wrap.
3. If step 1 and 2 is not effective, you can put baby powder on the penile shaft before putting the silicone over it for added grip.
These techniques will not only be very comfortable, but also allow for longer usage, prevent slippage, and allow for more tension.
If you are having skin issues when stretching, you can place a layer of wrap under the silicone, then put the silicone over it.
Flaccid Stretched
Wrap is optional
Assembly Instructions
Step 1 - NEW
Fold each cord evenly in half, and then insert the loops 2"-3" into the side holes of a desired silicone. Then thread the cord ends through the loops. Position the cords facing downwards as shown in the photo.
Step 2
Thread the first set of cord ends through the D-ring of the knee strap with the logo tag pointing upward.
D-Ring
Step 3
Insert the cord ends into the cord lock to extend 3"- 4" out from the round end. Push a wheel with a coin (or another hard object) into the round end of the lock until you hear a "click" sound. This indicates that the wheel is secured in place. Repeat the same with the other set.
Step 4
Buckle the knee strap above or below either knee cap with the logo tab facing upward on the inside of the leg. Stretch open the CENTER hole of the silicone, and place 1 inch behind the penis head. It could be placed on the shaft with or without the included self-adhesive wrap. The wrap in front of the silicone prevents slippage and allows for more tension. Now you can adjust the tension of the cords to stretch the penis. Switch legs daily for different angles to stretch.
Step 5
Pull the cords with one hand while pulling the cord locks in the opposite direction with another hand to lock in the desired tension. Keep the tension in place by tying cord knots (circled in the photo).
The cord ends can be tucked away behind the neoprene of the knee strap for extra comfort and to be more discrete.
Step 6
The shorter the cord length between the silicone and the wheel locks, the higher the tension. Adjust for comfort and tension to extend your stretching session.
Changing Silicones Instructions
Step 1
Push the wheel down toward the round end, then pull the cords completely out of the cord locks and the silicone.
Step 2
Choose your desired silicone.
Step 3 - New
Fold each cord evenly in half and insert the loops 2"-3" into two side holes of the desired silicone. Then thread the cord ends through the loops. Position the cords facing downwards as shown in the photo.
Step 4
Thread each set of cord ends through the knee strap D-ring with the logo tag pointing upward.
Step 5
Push the wheel down toward the round end of the cord lock. Insert one cord around the wheel lock to extend out 3-4" from the round end. Insert the other cord on the opposite side of the cord lock and push until it is grabbed by the wheel. Pull on the first cord for the wheel to go up while threading the other cord, which will catch the second cord and will thread it through the cord lock. Repeat the other cord end.
Step 6
Buckle the knee strap above or below either knee cap with the logo tab facing upward on the inside of the leg. Stretch open the CENTER hole of the silicone, and place it up to 1 inch behind the penis head. It could be placed on the shaft with or without the self-adhesive wrap. The extra length of the cord ends can be cut and/or tucked away behind the neoprene of the knee strap for extra comfort. Switch legs daily for a good stretch at different angles.
Step 7
Pull the cords with one hand while pulling the cord locks the opposite direction with another hand to lock in a desired tension. Keep the tension in place by tying cord knots (circled in the photo).
The cord ends can be tucked away behind the neoprene of the knee strap for extra comfort.
Step 8
The shorter the cord length between the silicone and the wheel locks, the higher the tension. Adjust for comfort to extend your stretching session.
